INGREDIENTS:
1/2 CUP sprouted white peas
1/2 cup sprouted brown bengal gram,boiled
1/2 cup sprouted green gram,boiled
2 tsp chopped coriander
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
oil for shallow frying
salt to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
METHOD
- combine the chopped coriander ,white peas,brown Bengal gram,green Bengal gram and salt in a bowl.Mash well with a potato masher
- Add all masalas and mix well.Heat a little oil in non stick pan.
- Divide the sprout mixture into eight portions and shape them into small cutlets,roll them in bread crumbs and place on the pan.shallow fry til the underside is done, flip over and cook till both the sides are evenly golden.
- serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
