COCONUT BURFI


INGREDIENTS:
2 cups grated fresh coconut
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh cream
cardamom powder
2 tsp of powdered sugar
1/2 tsp ghee




METHOD:

  • Heat non stick pan on medium heat.Add the coconut, sugar, cream & cardamom powder &cook, stirring continuously,for fifteen min or till the mixture turns a golden brown.


  • Remove from the heat & add the powdered sugar and mix.


  • Grease a thali with ghee & pour the coconut mixture & spread evenly.


  • cool & cut into pieces and serve.


  • you can store it in airtight container in refrigerator upto a week
